MadBlack Cyber Solutions designs, builds, and deploys custom software for organizations that need a system fitted to how they actually operate. Founded and run by two 75th Ranger Regiment veterans.
Veteran-owned · Security-first engineering · Direct access to the people building it
What we do
We take a problem from first conversation to running production system — architecture, implementation, infrastructure, and the security work that most shops treat as optional.
Web and mobile applications built around your workflow instead of forcing your workflow into off-the-shelf software.
Authentication, authorization, encryption, and data custody designed into the system from the first commit — not bolted on after an audit.
AWS deployment, networking, and infrastructure-as-code, with monitoring and backups configured before you go live.
Fleet provisioning, mobile device management, and network-level policy enforcement for organizations that manage hardware at scale.
Database design, migrations, and connecting the systems you already run so they stop duplicating each other's work.
We stay on after launch. Ongoing updates, dependency patching, and a real person to call when something breaks.
Who we are
MadBlack Cyber Solutions is owned and operated by two veterans of the 75th Ranger Regiment. The standards we were held to there are the standards we hold our work to now.
Isaiah served in the 75th Ranger Regiment before moving into software and security engineering. He leads architecture and systems work at MadBlack — the infrastructure, the security model, and the parts of a system that have to hold up under pressure.
Nicholas served in the 75th Ranger Regiment and brings the same discipline to product and delivery. He leads client work at MadBlack — turning what an organization actually needs into a system that gets built, shipped, and supported.
“Readily will I display the intestinal fortitude required to fight on to the Ranger objective and complete the mission, though I be the lone survivor.”
The Ranger CreedOur work
We don't just ship and walk. Both of these are our own products — designed, built, deployed, and maintained in production by us.
A per-device DNS filtering platform that blocks harmful and distracting content at the network level — before the connection is ever made. Rules can be locked behind an accountability partner's approval or a cooldown timer, so they can't be quietly undone in a weak moment.
An internal inventory system that tracks where every book in a building actually is. Staff check items between the main library and individual classrooms, and add new titles by scanning the ISBN barcode with a phone camera — metadata fills itself in.
How we work
No layers of account managers between you and the engineers. You talk to the people writing the code.
We start by learning how your organization actually operates — not by asking which features you want. The right system falls out of the right problem statement.
Clear scope, working software in front of you early, and security designed in from the start. You see progress continuously, not at a single reveal at the end.
We handle deployment, monitoring, and backups — then stay on for maintenance and new work. The system is still ours to answer for after it ships.
